Food Truck Catering
Where we bring the food truck experience to you!
Main Meal service: You will choose the menu ahead of time for your guests from our entire repertoire of scratch made food items. Your guests will place their orders at our window, we will cook each meal to order, and call out your guests' names to receive their meal.
A typical main meal service is 2 hours long and can accommodate up to 50 people served per hour (service time ultimately depends on menu selections and number of people).
Snacks (hors d'oeuvres) service: You will choose the menu ahead of time for your guests from our snack menu. Our team will cook everything onsite in small batches to ensure the food is fresh and continue to refill trays placed on our service shelf for guests to help themselves. Snack service can take place before or after the main meal or can be done stand alone, as well.

Large Party Food Truck Catering
For when you need to feed a large number of people in a shorter amount of time.
Same great food made from scratch with menu items specifically designed for efficiency. We limit the menu to 3 items max. in order to serve your guests in a hurry.
A typical service is 2 hours long and can accommodate up to 100 people served per hour. Additional service time can be added if necessary.
