Hi, we are Laura & Jess, owner/operators of Waffle Mamas! We are two fierce lady bosses with a passion to share our love of good food with you.
While working in the corporate world for many years, we were inspired to start carving our own path for our future and decided to open a food truck. We knew we wanted our concept to center around comfort food because it’s nostalgic and makes you feel good, but we thought “how can we make ourselves stand out?” So we bought our first waffle iron and began playing a game of “will it waffle?”
After years of culinary experimentation, research, planning and saving, Waffle Mamas was finally born into the world in late summer of 2018. Since then our offerings and services have grown and evolved and will continue to do so as long as we are around!
We are no strangers to hard work and don't believe in cutting corners, which is why almost everything on the menu is made from scratch. There's not a thing we make that isn't a labor of love, and we hope you can taste it in the food!
